Orbanov reket za Republiku Srpsku Zašto je visoki mađarski diplomata nedavno u
Banjaluci zaprijetio da će Mađarska, ako bude potrebe, oružjem braniti
Republiku Srpsku. Zašto ministar vanjskih poslova Szijarto vjeruje da
su mađarski policajci specijalne namjene potreba za mir i stabilnost BiH?
Zašto je Orban projicirao ovu agresivnu ulogu prema BiH poslije decenija
stabilne i uspješne diplomatske saradnje koje su imale dvije zemlje? Šta
stoji iza ove koordinarane akcije mađarskog diplomatskog i državnog vrha
prema BiH? Da li iza svega stoji Orbanova filozofija kršćanske demokratije
ili, možda, procjene europskih ili NATO zvaničnika o realnim prijetnjama po
Republiku Srpsku? Iza svega ne stoji Orbanova uloga mitskog branitelja
kršćanske Europe kao što ne stoje bilo kakve NATO procjene o nekakvim
prijetnjama sigurnosti po Republiku Srpsku. Iza svega stoje realne stvari, stvarne, ozbiljne i prijeteće. Posve jasno, iza svih Orbanovih
rastućih i sve učestalijih prijetnji Bosni i Hercegovini stoji njegov
imperijalistički san - kolonizacija Republike Srpske. Na samom vrhuncu krize u opstanku države
Bosne i Hercegovine suočavamo sa vješto maskiranom Orbanovom akcijom da se
dograbi rudnih bogatstava u zemlji udaljenoj
od nas samo 70 km i to ne po principu partnerstva već po drugim
principima – kupovanja personalne naklonosti lidera entiteta Republika
Srpska. To je Orbanova trumpovska
strast dolaska do kritičnih minerala Bosne I Hercegovine koja leže na
teritoriji Republike Srpske u naslagama rijetko viđenim u svijetu kako po
svojoj čistoti tako i dubini iskopa. Zbog svega toga Orban, opsjednut nemirima pa
čak, i ratom u BiH po receptu muslimanske
opasnosti za stabilnost Europe, nudi reket za Republiku Srpsku; zbog toga
njegovi diplomati, u nikad viđenom skandalu, prijete ratom zemlji domaćinu
koja ih je ugostila. Ovdje, kroz ovaj diplomatski skandal, prepoznajemo sve
beskrupulozniju suštinu nove Orbanove diplomatije koja vrhuni u obnovi sna
nekad propale i poražene Mađarske. Pred našim očima dešava se proces
transformacije ranije mekane
kolonizacije u sve agresivniju diplomatiju obesnaživanja i prijetnji prema državi Bosni i Hercegovini kao
poslednjoj prepreci u realizaciji ove Orbanove velike stvari koju je po svemu sudeći u pobjedničkoj noći najavio
predsjedniku Trumpu. Kolonijalizaciju
Republike Srpske mađarska diplomatija naziva sestrinskom saradnjom i tako
vješto prikriva odsustvo bilo kakvog partnerstva sa
Bosnom i Hercegovinom kao državom. *** U ovaj projekat kolonijalizacije Mađarska je
u Republiku Srpsku, sukcesivno tokom proteklih 5 godina uložila već,
nevjerovatnih – 300 miliona eura a, možda čak, i više. Mađarska je prvo, sa
35 mil eura, u septembru 2022. pomogla Dodika na izborima od 2. oktobra
2022., potom, sa narednim zajmom od 110 mil eura iz augusta 2023.
Mađarska je spasila Republiku Srpsku od bankrota, kada je Njemačka
otkazala 120 mil eura razvojne pomoći Republici srpskoj, Mađarska je dala
garancije za realizaciju svih projekta, i, naposljetku, Mađarska je 2.024
Republici Srpskoj na sve to – dala još jedan paket pomoći 140 miliona Eura. No, na tome se ne završava mađarska pomoć.
Rekao bih – tu sve počinje. Mađarska najavljuje, kako tvrde mađarski mediji,
još najmanje pola milijarde eura koja namjerava uložiti do kraja 2026 u eksploataciju
mineralnih bogatstava Republike Srpske. Pitamo se: Iz kojih izvora i, pod kojim
imenom je Mađarska osigurala ova sredstva. Naravno, o tome treba prije svega, pitati i
Brisel kao i odgovorne za raspodjelu fondova EU o čemu će ovdje biti više
riječi kasnije. Ali, ne bi smjeli zaboraviti i saudijske kao i turske
privredne komore iz Budimpšte, kako to Orbanu daju novac koji lažno tvrdi da
je namijenjen programima tobožnje
pomoći za narod Bosne i Hercegovine.
*** Treba istaknuti da ovaj Orbanov koncept sestrinske ljubavi za Republiku Srpsku
i tamošnjim mineralnim bogatstvima nije od jučer. Korijeni njegove kolonijalne politike dolaze
iz prvih, bliskih susreta sa Trumpom 2019 godine kada je dobio epitet fantastičnog lidera. U tome kontekstu
treba razumjeti njegov prvi susret sa Miloradom Dodikom u aprilu 2019 godine
kojem je tom prilikom podijelio komplimente zbog njegove odanosti nacionalnom naspram diktata
daytonske države. U ovim poslednjim i, najopasnijim potezima
mađarske diplomatije, kada su upućene otvorene prijetnje prema BiH, nije
riječ o životu i smrti Bosne
i Hercegovine, već je, prije svega i, iznad svega, riječ o – životu i smrti Orbanovog sna o velikoj
i jakoj Mađarskoj na tlu Europe. Orbanov stari san je – vizija nove, velike
Mađarske, one Mađarske koja će povratiti svoju ekonomsku moć i izgubljenu
slavu i koja će biti u najsmjelijim snovima Mađara, u stanju doći na obale
mora sve do luka Rijeka u Hrvatskoj. Na ovakav zaključak o velikoj Mađarskoj navodi
Orbanovo razmišljanje iz 2024 o budućnosti Mađarske. Poslušajmo: Sa koncesijama na kritična
mineralna bogatstva Republike Srpske mi postajemo četvrta sila u svijetu po
proizvodnji litija odmah iza Kine, SAD i Njemačke… Ova Orbanova promjena nije
došla iz vedra neba. Ona je proizašla iz tog davnog sna kojeg je na svjetlo
dana donio i bitno ohrabrio Trumpov slogan učinimo Ameriku ponovo velikom. Mineralna nalazišta koja su već nedvosmisleno
potvrđena ekstenzivnim istraživanja na teritoriji Republike Srpske tokom
2023. od strane renomirane švicarske firme, osigurala bi Orbanovoj
Mađarskoj nezamjenljivo mjesto unutar EU a, Orbanu, dala značaj i ulogu
moćnog europskog lidera kao najbližeg Trumpovog sljedbenika u Europi,
neprikosnovenog lidera. I sada, bez mnogo dilema – zbog ovih
nesumnjivih i vješto skrivenih Orbanovih ambicija da napravi veliku i moćnu
Mađarsku, Bosna I Hercegovina, kao cjelovita zemlja, je najveća smetnja i
prepreka toj opsesivnoj ambiciji.
*** Prema pisanju američke štampe predsjednik
Trump je u više navrata rekao kako je Orban pametan lider… I, da navodno, ne postoji niko ko je u Europi bolji i pametniji od Orbana, rekao je
Trump. Tokom predsjedničke kampanje Trump je za
Orbana također, rekao Zovu ga čvrstim
liderom. On je zapravo, jaka osoba. Vrlo pametan. Svi ovi komplimenti
sadrže samo jednu poruku koju je Trump zapravo, šalje Europi. Orban je u suštini, Trumpov poslanik u Evropi i, on je američka veza za sve konzervativne i ultradesne evropske lidere
sa Bijelom Kućom. Orban je paun
evropske desnice. Ova Orbanova misija Trumpovog poslanika za Europu
međutim, čini posve ozbiljnim njegove planove sa kolonizacijom Republike
srpske kao što daje novi i dodatni ton ozbiljnosti i duboke zabrinutosti
aktuelnoj krizi izazvanoj Dodikovim pravnim rušenjem institucija države Bosne
I Hercegovine.
*** Igrom sudbine, Orban je od strane američke
administracije daleke 1998 godine, koje slučajnosti, kao I Dodik, opisan kao dašak svježine budući da nije
pripadao niti jednoj sovjetskoj političkoj garnituri. Silno ohrabren
ovom američkom podrškom Orban je 1998 godine, dakle deceniju kasnije,
formirao Federaciju mladih demokrata
koja će prerasti u FIDES, vladajuću partiju Mađarske. Kada su konačno dobili
izbore 2010. od tada ova partija ne silazi sa vlasti u Mađarskoj. Ne veže Orbana sa Dodikom samo ova činjenica
kako su od američkog svježeg daška u politici s kraja 20. stoljeća ubrzo
postali najotrovniji lideri s
početka 21. stoljeća. U trenutku kada je Dodik stavljen na crnu listu
američke administracije, Orban je u EU Parlamentu dočekan velikim plakatom
“Ovdje nisi dobro došao” i, sa pjesmom italijanskih partizana Bella Ciao, sa kojom su se na taj
način članovu EU Parlamenta usprotivili njegovoj politici fašizma. Ovaj
spektakl prekinula je predsjednica EU Parlamenta, Metsola. No, pažljivom analizom nalazimo da na drugoj
strani, postoji još nekoliko dodatnih razloga nedvosmislenoj Trumpovoj
podršci Orbanu kao pametnom lideru. Evo, jedan od pravih razloga. Osvrnimo se
na usvanje Rezolucije o genocide u Srebrenici od 22. maja 2024. godine
u sjedištu GS UN. Mađarska, nasuprot zemljama EU i NATO, nije dala svoj glas
za ovaj historijski document osude genocida. Ministar Sijarto je to
prokomentarisao škrtim riječima – desio se strašan zločin… Nešto kasnije isti
MVP Mađarske je istaknuo, svirajući muziku na Dodikove uši, kako mi trebamo
znati da se u blizini Srebrenice I Bartunca nalaze važna mineralna bogatstva.
Nevjerovatno! Ovaj čin je najavio temeljnu promjenu mađarske diplomatije. Po istom principu kako je to uradio
Netanyahu i Orban, kao njegov odani sluga, napustio je povijesnu
vertikalu na čijem vrhu su uvijek bile vrijednosti nikad više, vrijednosti osude
zločina, vrijednosti etike u
politici, pravde, međunarodnog prava i sl. Međutim, prvo
Netnyahu a potom Orban, sasjekli su ovu “vertikalu vrijednosti” i zamjenili
je – diplomatskom horizontalom. Tako je diplomatija transformisana u –
teritorijalno zaposjedanje, širenje politike prisile i ucjene, vladavinu
novca, kupovanje ljudi i posjeda, politiku reketiranja, rastakanja
suvereniteta država i sl. Ovaj epohalni okret iz vertikale u horizontalu, do
kraja je ideološki otvorio vrata Orbanovoj viziji prodora na teritoriju
republike Srpske kao bazena minerala
iz kojeg planira izvuči vlastitu ekonomsku i političku moć i veličinu u
europskoj ali i globalnoj politici. Orbanu treba Dodik preko kojeg će
neutralizirati poraz Mađarske iz WW2 i ostvariti dobro skrivane planove
Velike Mađarske. Zato ga tako
izdašno plaća i zato ga je ponovio stavio na noge kada je nevjerovatnim
zajmom spasio Dodikov režim od bankrota u ljeto 2023. Novinar NY Times, Andrew Higgins u tekstu
“Patronska politika Fideš partije” (mart,2024) izvanredno kroz nekoliko
primjera opisuje Orbana koji vlada tako što dijeli novac najbližima zloupotrebljavajući fondove EU… ”On vlada
unutar Mađarske novcem… Orbanova diplomatija je personalna, to znači on bira
ličnost za koju veže svoju diplomatiju. Otuda njegov toliki prezir prema
Briselu čiju politiku odbija pod izlikom da je to dikatatura prema njegovoj nacionalnoj državi. Međutim, evo što je nedavno izjavio USA
ambassador u Budimpešti David Pressman o Orbanu: Svi aspekti vladine
moći – od nabavke, preko licenciranja, preko subvencija za turizam, do
koncesija, do poreskih i revizorskih akcija, do regulatorne politike –
pružaju povoljan tretman za kompanije u vlasništvu stranačkih lidera ili
njihovih porodica, tazbina ili starih prijatelja. Ovdje smo čuli nekoliko ubjedljivih detalja
zbog kojih je ovaj paun evropske
desnice” kako ga opisuje američka štampa, postao Trumpov najdraži
evropski lider koji nad ljudima vlada

Orban's
racket for Republika Srpska Why did a senior Hungarian diplomat recently threaten in Banja
Luka that Hungary, if necessary, will defend Republika Srpska with weapons?
Why does Foreign Minister Szijarto believe that Hungarian special forces are
a necessity for the peace and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina? Why did
Orban project this aggressive role towards Bosnia and Herzegovina after
decades of stable and successful diplomatic cooperation between the two
countries? What is behind this coordinated action by the Hungarian diplomatic
and state leadership towards Bosnia and Herzegovina? Is Orban's philosophy of
Christian democracy behind it all or, perhaps, assessments by European or
NATO officials about real threats to Republika Srpska? Behind it all is not
Orban's role as a mythical defender of Christian Europe, just as there are no
NATO assessments about any security threats to Republika Srpska. Behind it
all are real things, real, serious and threatening. It is quite clear that
behind all of Orban's growing and increasingly frequent threats to Bosnia and
Herzegovina is his imperialist dream - the colonization of Republika Srpska. At the very peak of the crisis in the survival of the state of
Bosnia and Herzegovina, we are faced with Orban's skillfully disguised action
to seize mineral resources in a country only
70 km away from us, and not on the principle of partnership but on other
principles - buying the personal favor of the leader of the entity Republika
Srpska. This is Orban's Trump-like passion for reaching critical minerals of
Bosnia and Herzegovina that lie on the territory of Republika Srpska in
deposits rarely seen in the world, both in terms of their purity and the
depth of excavation. Because of all this, Orban, obsessed with unrest and even war in
Bosnia and Herzegovina according to the recipe of the Muslim threat to the stability of Europe, is offering a racket
for Republika Srpska; because of this, his diplomats, in an unprecedented
scandal, are threatening war on the host country that hosted them. Here,
through this diplomatic scandal, we recognize the increasingly unscrupulous
essence of Orban's new diplomacy, which culminates in the restoration of the
dream of the once failed and defeated Hungary. Before our eyes, the process of transforming the previously soft
colonization into an increasingly aggressive diplomacy of disempowerment and
threats towards the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina is taking place as the
last obstacle to the realization of this great thing of Orban's that he
apparently announced to President Trump on the night of his victory. Hungarian diplomacy calls the colonialization of Republika Srpska sisterly cooperation and thus skillfully conceals the absence of any partnership with
Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state. *** In this colonialization project, Hungary has successively
invested an incredible 300 million euros in Republika Srpska over the past 5
years, and perhaps even more. Hungary first helped Dodik in the elections of
October 2, 2022 with 35 million euros in September 2022, then with a subsequent
loan of 110 million euros in August 2023. Hungary saved Republika Srpska from
bankruptcy when Germany canceled 120 million euros of development aid to
Republika Srpska, Hungary provided guarantees for the implementation of all
projects, and finally, in 2024, Hungary gave Republika Srpska another aid
package of 140 million euros. However, Hungarian aid does not end there. I
would say – that is where it all begins. Hungary announces, as claimed by the
Hungarian media, at least another half a billion euros that it intends to
invest by the end of 2026 in the exploitation of Republika Srpska's mineral
resources. We ask ourselves: From what sources and under what name did
Hungary secure these funds. Of course, you should first of all ask Brussels about this, as well
as those responsible for the distribution of EU funds, which will be
discussed here later. But we should not forget the Saudi and Turkish Chambers
of Commerce from Budapest, as they give Orban money that he falsely claims is
intended for programs of supposed aid for the people of Bosnia and
Herzegovina. *** It should be emphasized that this concept of Orban's sisterly
love for Republika Srpska and its mineral wealth is not new. The roots of his colonial policy come from the first, close
meetings with Trump in 2019, when he was given the epithet of a fantastic
leader. In this context, his first meeting with Milorad Dodik in April 2019,
when he complimented him on his national loyalty to the dictates of the
Dayton state, should be understood. In these last and most dangerous moves of Hungarian diplomacy,
when open threats were made towards BiH, it is not a matter of life and death
for Bosnia and Herzegovina, but, first and foremost and above all, it is a
matter of life and death for Orban's dream of a great and strong Hungary on
European soil. Orban's old dream is a vision of a new, great Hungary, a
Hungary that will regain its economic power and lost glory and that will be,
in the boldest dreams of Hungarians, able to reach the seashore all the way
to the port of Rijeka in Croatia. This conclusion about a greater Hungary is
led by Orban's reflections on the future of Hungary from 2024. Let's listen: With concessions to the critical mineral resources
of Republika Srpska, we become the fourth power in the world in terms of
lithium production, right behind China, the USA and Germany... This change by
Orban did not come out of the blue. It arose from that long-standing dream
that was brought to light and significantly encouraged by Trump's slogan,
"Make America Great Again." Mineral deposits that have already been
unequivocally confirmed by extensive research on the territory of Republika
Srpska during 2023 by a renowned Swiss company would ensure Orban's Hungary
an irreplaceable place within the EU and, for Orban, give the importance and
role of a powerful European leader as Trump's closest follower in Europe, an
undisputed leader. And now, without much dilemma – because of these undoubted and
skillfully hidden ambitions of Orban to create a great and powerful Hungary,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a single country, is the biggest hindrance and
obstacle to that obsessive ambition. *** According to the American press, President Trump has repeatedly
said that Orban is a smart leader… And, allegedly, there is no one in Europe
who is better and smarter than Orban, Trump said. During the presidential campaign, Trump also said of Orban, They
call him a tough leader. He is actually a strong person. Very smart. All
these compliments contain only one message that Trump is actually sending to
Europe. Orban is essentially Trump's envoy in Europe and, he is the
American connection for all conservative and ultra-right European leaders
with the White House. Orban is the peacock of the European right. This
mission of Orban as Trump's envoy for Europe, however, makes his plans to
colonize Republika Srpska quite serious, as it gives a new and additional
tone of seriousness and deep concern to the current crisis caused by Dodik's
legal demolition of the institutions of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. *** By a twist of fate, Orban was described by the US administration
in 1998, which coincidentally, like Dodik, as a breath of fresh air since he
did not belong to any Soviet political group. Greatly encouraged by this
American support, Orban formed the Federation of Young Democrats in 1998, a
decade later, which would grow into FIDES, the ruling party in Hungary. When
they finally won the elections in 2010, this party has not left power in
Hungary since then. The only thing that connects Orban and Dodik is the fact that
they went from being an American breath of fresh air in politics at the end
of the 20th century to the most toxic leaders of the beginning of the 21st
century. At the moment when Dodik was blacklisted by the US administration,
Orban was welcomed in the EU Parliament with a large poster saying "You
are not welcome here" and, with the song Bella Ciao by the Italian
partisans, they opposed the EU Parliament member to his policy of fascism.
This spectacle was interrupted by the President of the EU Parliament,
Metsola. However, a careful analysis reveals that on the other hand, there
are several additional reasons for Trump's unequivocal support for Orban as a
smart leader. Here is one of the real reasons. Let's look back at the
adoption of the Resolution on the Genocide in Srebrenica on May 22, 2024 at
the UN General Assembly. Hungary, unlike the EU and NATO countries, did not
vote for this historic document condemning the genocide. Minister Szijjártó
commented on it in sparing words - a terrible crime has occurred... A little
later, the same Hungarian MFA emphasized, playing music to Dodik's ears, that
we should know that there are important mineral resources near Srebrenica and
Bartunc. Unbelievable! This act announced a fundamental change in Hungarian
diplomacy. By the same principle as Netanyahu and Orban did, as his loyal
servant, he left the historical vertical at the top of which were always the
values of never again, the values of condemning crimes, the values of
ethics in politics, justice, international law, etc. However, first Netnyahu
and then Orban, they cut this "vertical of values" and replaced it
- with a diplomatic horizontal. Thus, diplomacy was transformed into -
territorial possession, expansion of the policy of coercion and blackmail,
the rule of money, buying people and property, the policy of racketeering,
the dissolution of the sovereignty of states, etc. This epochal turn from the
vertical to the horizontal opened the door ideologically to Orban's vision of
penetrating the territory of Republika Srpska as a mineral pool from which he
plans to extract his own economic and political power and greatness in
European and global politics. Orban needs Dodik through whom he will neutralize Hungary's
defeat in WW2 and realize the well-hidden plans of Greater Hungary. That is
why he pays him so generously and why he put him back on his feet again when
he saved Dodik's regime from bankruptcy in the summer of 2023 with an
incredible loan. The NY Times journalist Andrew Higgins, in his article "The
Patronage Policy of the Fidesz Party" (March 2024), describes Orban, who
rules by distributing money to his closest friends and abusing EU funds,
through several examples... "He rules inside Hungary with money...
Orban's diplomacy is personal, that is, he chooses the person to whom he ties
his diplomacy. Hence his great contempt for Brussels, whose policy he rejects
under the pretext that it is a dictatorship towards his nation-state. However, here is what the US Ambassador to Budapest, David
Pressman, recently said about Orban: All aspects of government power - from
procurement, to licensing, to tourism subsidies, to concessions, to tax and
audit actions, to regulatory policy - provide favorable treatment for
companies owned by party leaders or their families, in-laws or old friends. Here we heard several compelling details that made this
"peacock of the European right," as the American press describes
him, Trump's favorite European leader who rules
over people with money.
